I know conservative women who kept their maiden name when they married.

I regret taking my husband’s surname. Getting new ID cards, ie., social security and driver’s license was a pain in the neck.

Not only that, you have to prove you changed your name for the rest of your life.

I know several who have also kept their maiden name, but I know none at all who use hyphens...
