Couldn't agree more, but not quite the law this asshat envisions. The right to vote should be restricted to legal, U.S. CITIZENS who have provided proper identification during the registration process. Same-day registration, early-voting and provisional ballots are a prescription for tampering and fraud. Make such provisions only for those who have shown a need for them.

Unless you can prove net tax liability (Taxes>benefits) of $500 or more, no way should you be voting.
