I’m sure what he meant instead of “the government” - he meant as “Trump”.
“Trump has nukes. Too many of them.”
So, in order for Trump not to massacre us, we as a “community” need to find “common ground” to be able to turn in our guns so that Trump won’t use “his” nukes when he comes to take them away.
