Why is his false accuser’s name not being published?
She needs to be charged with a crime here. I would support a law to the effect that bearing false witness/falsely accusing somebody of a crime, shall bear the same penalty as the crime falsely alleged. ie whatever jail time he would face if he were guilty of this crime, she should face for falsely accusing him of it.
She tried to ruin this guy’s life using the justice system as her weapon. The penalty for this needs to be severe.
