Nikki Fried clings to recount lead; Matt Caldwell alleges Broward counted late ballots [2ndA issue]

Attorneys for Republican Agriculture Commissioner candidate Matt Caldwell say Broward County collected and counted thousands of votes after the election was over.

That’s enough to chip at or even erase Democrat Nikki Fried’s current lead. Results from a statewide recount show the Democratic candidate leading Caldwell by 5,307 votes, a slightly narrower lead than the 5,326-vote gap reported in the initial tabulation of the race.

Secretary of State Ken Detzner ordered a statewide manual recount of the election...[snip]

Caldwell’s legal team sued last week for records from Broward County, the seeming ground zero for Florida’s latest statewide recount news extravaganza. Those records were only turned over last night at 8 p.m.

The records showed more than 17,000 vote-by-mail ballots came in on Election Day or after, said Caldwell attorney George LeMieux. Of those, 6,873 did not get logged until after 7 p.m., after polls closed.

“If they come in after 7, they are not a valid vote,” LeMieux said. “To count them after 7 p.m. would be breaking the law.”

The Agriculture Commissioner contest remains the closest of three statewide elections forced to machine recount this year, and the margin between Fried and Caldwell appears likely to tighten based on reports of recount results....[snip]

NEA lobbyist Marion Hammer sent out a blistering critique of Democratic Agriculture-Commissioner candidate Nikki Fried, who opened October by saying she would curtail Hammer’s access to the state Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Hammer’s statement to members of the NRA and the Unified Sportsmen of Florida labeled Fried an “anti-gun extremist who will eliminate our freedoms.” The lobbyist also reaffirmed the NRA’s endorsement of Republican Matt Caldwell to replace term-limited Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam.

Nothing compared to the shenanigans going on in MD, PA, NY, and other long time voter fraud states.

It seems that the AG commissioner is the one who issues gun permits.

But doesn’t the State law govern the issuance of ccw’s? The AG just executes the law and facilitates the process. She’s not alllwed to violate state law. Maybe the fear is that she’ll slow boat the issuances. In any event, thank gosh I have mine and it doesn’t expire until after 2022.

THIS JUST IN: Florida recount cements gubernatorial win by Ron DeSantis

WASHINGTON – Andrew Gillum’s extraordinary bid to become Florida’s first elected black governor is over. A recount of more than 8 million ballots that ended Thursday afternoon confirmed that Republican Ron DeSantis beat the Tallahassee mayor in the nationally watched race that galvanized progressives across the country.

The final tally, which will be certified next week was 4,075,879 for DeSantis and 4,042,195 for Gillum. The margin of victory was enough for DeSantis, a former congressman representing Jacksonville, to avoid a hand recount of questionable ballots set aside for further review. He had already assembled a transition team to prepare for his ascendance as Florida’s 46th governor.

The deadline for the recount was 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Thursday but Palm Beach County, a Democratic stronghold, did not complete its recount. It was the only one of Florida’s 67 counties that failed to do so.“A vote denied is justice denied — the State of Florida must count every legally cast vote,” Gillum said in a statement after the recount totals were released. “As today’s unofficial reports and recent court proceedings make clear, there are tens of thousands of votes that have yet to be counted. We plan to do all we can to ensure that every voice is heard in this process. Voters need to know that their decision to participate in this election, and every election, matters. It is not over until every legally casted vote is counted.”

The victory by DeSantis, an ardent supporter of President Donald J. Trump, keeps the governor’s mansion in GOP hands, where it has been since 1999.

She will issue regulations to limit gun rights. They will have to be challenged in court taking months or years. Meanwhile rights are inhibited. Get the right judge and she is uphealed then it goes the appeal right. Before one knows it four years will pass.

It looks like my thread from the Sun Sentinel on the 2 minute late story got pulled by a mod.

FWIW, that was the actual title of the article originally until the Sun sentinel changed it.

” I worked my ass off for nothing since the vote didn’t count due to being 2 minutes too late”

And that statement was a direct quote in the article from Joe D’Alessandro.

He’s the patsy they used who claims he didn’t know how to work the system. lol

Found an excellent article from a Naples FL newspaper about the voter fraud scheme. It is in a paper that cannot be posted here, but this is the link. Lots of details.

2. fund campaign with millions of leftist cash

3. Stockpile thousands of pre-filled ballots

4. ,,,,,,,and so forth

10. submit altered forms to fix mail ballots

Stockpile thousands of pre-filled ballots

Possibly (probably?) 10's of thousands?

Now, think about the data. If in fact they did exactly this, which is totally possible, the ballots are machine countable and if each of the thousands of ballots were identical. An examination of the data of the election via the the vote readers would reveal this abnormal duplicate balloting. It would not take a crypto analyst to detect the pattern.

Supporting you statement? Boxes full of ballots left in a cab were found and taken into custody of the police. Were those "ballots" the leftover evidence of exactly what you suggested?

They have got to get a handle on this. Someone from Michigan said their ballots each have a distinct scannable bar code. So privacy is still in place, yet there is accountability for exact ballot quantity.

Mail-In Voting is ripe for fraud. What is to stop a corrupted elections worker from bubbling their (D) candidate in for the undervotes. Or bubbling in the D candidate to change the R ballot to an overvote= negating the count?
