What you heard might have been “most serial killers are white.” Which is true, but not per capita. And with whites getting close to minority status, I’m guessing most serial killers are now POC.

I’m shocked Wise County managed to get and hold him. When Ricky Lee Green was taken down years ago, the big boys didn’t let Wise County know until seconds before the takedown, lest RLG escape and or destroy evidence.
He’s in Texas now, and has been charged with the 1994 murder of an Odessa, TX resident. Apparently, he knew details not known to the public.
Here in DC, they nabbed a guy for murder today. It was pretty easy since he was already in jail for a different, completely unrelated murder. He was overheard saying that this year’s spike in murders here was because of him.

That’s true. Considering it from a statistical point of view, since blacks are a relatively small part of the US population, the numbers may be about the same.
I do believe the rate among blacks is likely higher than whites. Their violence/murder rates are much higher per capita. I see no reason why the serial killer rate would be different.
Public perception that it is a white problem led to delays in finding the Atlanta serial killer, and that guy in DC shooting from a van. The black serial killer just doesn’t get publicity, so police don’t look for it.

Funny you should mention that. I just happened to see a thread about it (at least I think it was about him) this morning. I didn’t have time to read it and now I can’t find it to save my life. It had a title that was something like “ex boxer may be America’s biggest serial killer of all time with 90 murders”
We heard about Ted Bundy for years. This guy? Almost nothing.

Pure evil, this guy, that's for sure. Checked Google News and there are several relatively new articles about him. The headline in one of them said he blamed God!
