People with gender dysphoria should try dressing whichever way makes them comfortable. That’s all they need. Society might need alternatives to dressing rooms and group bathrooms is all. We don’t need to transgender anyone, just let them dress how they feel best.
That is my understanding too. I would substitute “Fake” for “transgender” to understand what they’re confused about. So, “Transgender female” equates to “Fake Female”.
I’m 68. In high school we had nude swimming, nude shower (singular), nude locker room if you wanted.

I have previously related the time two boys were having a face to face (package to package) discussion in the communal shower and one of them had a raging hard on.

Yep. When I was in high school all the boys walked around naked in the changing area without even thinking about it, but I have it on very good authority (my wife and I went to High School together) that girls rarely took off their bra and panties, or showered at all.
Real men are not embarrassed to be seen naked by other men.
In fact, at 64, I’m not embarrassed to be seen naked by anybody. My body is just this machine I live in.
