Dear Google, you are at a crossroads.
Relocate your facilities to somewhere outside of Indianapolis IN, or Columbus OH, or Knoxville TN. Do it in stages if you have to. Take no one from CA with you except planners and necessary management. Force current programmers and skilled radicals to train their replacements or walk. You already own the internet, you handle take a development delay. Consider it an investment in your future.
The people left in charge of Google will all hail from cultures with no history of accomodation and pluralism at all:
It will be a solid phalanx of keyboard-banging brown Jacobins.
Imagine how screwed up Google must be if people who run the company don’t have the testicular fortitude to fire the crazies. Google is not a company that in the long run will be good for the American people. There is hope however. Evolving technologies may make Google obsolescent overnight and all those crazies will be unemployed.

It really is hilarious. Employees at Google rail about white men while working for a company founded by white men and a product created by white men.
