This is EXACTLY what MADD et al have been aiming for all along.

Little to do with actual road safety, and everything to do with CONTROL!

Impaired driving used to be based on a scientific rating of BAC. Folks got the message, DUI fell off, they lowered the DUI trigger point and lo and behold: look at the spike in drunks on the road! Again folks cut down, then the BAC limit was lowered, and BOOM! another spike in drunk drivers!

Now they are trying to tell us we aren’t allowed to consume at our own desired level even in our own homes.

Yeah, that worked out well last time, didn’t it?

I was in Norway a couple of months ago. The legal limit there is .02. .05 or over means mandatory jail time.

Absolutely. Az courts mandate MADD classes at a cost on DUI cases. Since MADD is actually a cult religion this might be unconstitutional.
