Sure I hear what you are saying and I agree. But I am quite sure that if a true look into voter fraud was conducted in CA the numbers would make Florida look like the kiddie pool.

But, Californians do not mind illegal aliens voting, or doing much of anything they want to. Prop 187 went down without a whimper after some liberal judges Borked it.
Remember the voters going back at it again? I do not either.
