I am throwing this out for comments.
The basic idea is to open an escrow account funded by donations for the sole purpose of paying out sizable amounts for valid information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons committing vote fraud.
Somebody has to do something. I have zero faith in any elected official with the exception of Trump and he can't do it all.
So, what's your thoughts?

the FL gov., gov-ekect, and atty gen are all republicans, and it looks like there are around 4 million republicans that votes in the election. they ought to be able to handle this.

This was brought up the other day and I believe the better way for this to come about will be for a single large donor (individual or organization) to spearhead it. The concept is great, but I can see people being reluctant to come forward if the reward is being offered by a group of regular individuals pooling smaller amounts to fund the account. One or more deep pockets with name recognition will prove to be more effective, in my opinion.

I see where there are two kinds- voter fraud and election fraud. Perps of the former vote and/or make subsequent attempts to vote illegally, while perps of the latter are involved in hijacking the electoral process at various levels including local, state and national. IMO, it is the latter that matters most to those perps and we need to see them all in the “mother of all perp walks”.
Effective immediately, any jurisdiction that magically found ballots more than six hours after the polls closed will have their results voided and not counted in the totals.
Effective December 1, 2018, all voter rolls nationwide will be physically and electronically destroyed. Like bleachbit. Shredded then burned.
All those who wish to vote have 1 year and ten months to re-register to vote.
They must bring two forms of government issued identification. One must be a birth certificate or naturalization papers.
One form of government issued ID must be used to vote. Failure or inability to procure said ID in 1 year and ten months is your problem.
An indelible mark with at least 48 hours of mark duration will be used on all voters.
Provisional voting is illegal in all federal elections.
Same day registration is illegal in all Federal elections.
Early voting is illegal in all Federal elections.
Absentee voting is permissible with a valid reason. Age (over 75), infirmity, hospitalization, frequent travel, deployment or being a full time student in another jurisdiction is acceptable.

Republicans need to be working in every board of elections; especially in Democrat districts to monitor every step of the election process instead of scrambling to play catch-up after the fact.
