I guess they could if they wanted to. But Republicans actually believe in the Constitution and Freedom Of Association, Free Speech, etc. Rats hate those things.
I’ve own a small company. Employ about 200 people and have for 20 years.
Among the white collar workers I’ve employ, there is a 100% overlap between the people who were useless and incompetent or outright crooks and embezzlers and their active connection with the Democrook party.
It’s not illegal to not hire Democrats in my state. I look for Democrat primary voting or donations to Democrats and don’t hire them.
