Notice the difference between the law, governor and judge telling and or threatening and a corrupt hack bureaucrat saying boo. The hack says FU to the law, the press and pubbies run screaming in terror from the criminal bureaucrat.

The ACLU might defend anybody she tries to put in jail. False, arrest, deprivation of rights under color of law, false imprisonment, there's probably some others. You could probably make her stop if she learns about that.
