I got an idea lets just end the mail in ballot....if you have to vote early it should be hand delivered to a poling place not put in the mail where there is no chain of custody….don’t like mail in ballots to easy for voting fraud.
Maybe it should also be a requirement that all mail in ballots be notarized.
