The midterm battle in Florida is far from over, it seems. Florida Gov. Rick Scott declared victory Tuesday night over Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Rep. Ron DeSantis was the declared winner over Democrat Andrew Gillum. The latter had even conceded, but is now starting to change his mind because officials are insisting there are more ballots to be counted in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
“I’m cynical,” said Matt Schlapp, president of the American Conservative Union.
“They’re trying to get it below a quarter of a percent to get to hand recount,” he explained on Fox News Friday. The hand counting, he charged, is “very subjective.”
They are taking provisional ballots and counting them "even though they’re not able to vote,” Schlapp said. “This is crooked, wrong and needs to be stopped.”
Putting "illegal" ballots in with legal ballots "and not telling us what these numbers are" is unfair, he added. He also noted "they didn’t let cameras or observers in" when the officials began counting. "We’ll never know all that they did."
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is also warning his fellow Florida Republicans about the hand counting. He's so fired up about the controversy he shared a lengthy Twitter thread about it on Thursday.

Gillum had a much different description of what's occurring in his state. He said the vote counting is a constitutional necessity.

The margins can't get much tighter. Scott is leading Nelson by just 0.18 points on Thursday night. DeSantis is leading Gillum by 0.44 points.
Gov. Scott is suing Florida’s Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes for allowing the counting of the mysterious discovery of thousands of new votes.
"The lack of transparency raises substantial concerns about the validity of the election process,” the lawsuit reads.
Schlapp noted on Twitter that Snipes has a history of scandal.

Notice they never say “every legitimate vote”
Right now they are canvassing...........................cemeteries, old folks homes and people living under I-95 overpasses.......................
Pretty easy to say what’s happening:
1. They secret votes to a location.
2. Damage any R vote, keep any D vote.
3. Remark and revote R vote as D vote.
4. Throw away damaged vote numbers.
IMO, if someone doing the counting is of a particular party and refuses to allow free and complete access to the process to ensure honesty, that party should FORFEIT the election.
Obambi has been pretty quiet.

This is one of her scams...how she rigs elections:

She leaves these voters on the rolls...then weaves them in later.

They might do that, but it isn’t necessary as is being proven.
All they have to do is keep prying eyes away while they create provisional ballots - and ‘find’ the provisional ballots that they created for 3 weeks of early voting - that will then get counted and included in the tally without regard to verifying the info on the ballot.
While we’re playing by the rules, they’re filthy rotten evil to their cores.
Throw out the two counties. The cast ballots are too polluted now.

Hey Florida Freepers. Did you get an extra ballot or two or four in the mail? Fill them out now, send them in and demand that every vote count. Then, demand more ballots!!!
That's him in the middle getting ready to stop the Broward election committee from stealing the Florida recount for Gore. The Brooks Brothers 'riot' was my favorite part of being a young Freeper. Better than nested glyphs!
