When the states wise up and repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, the “broomstick of the wicked witch,” the repeal amendment needs a provision to prohibit political party support for federal politicians elected by ordinary voters.

The states can continue to shoot both feet off with political parties.

The 16th Amendment can disappear too.

Welcome to New America where the RATS can do whatever the f**k they want without fear of punishment. If they get away with stealing elections in broad daylight we have no rule of law nor do we have an America anymore and it won’t be just talk. It will be REALITY!

Couldn't agree more. Best concise post I've seen on FR in a long while.

That was because Pima County, who is in Tucson and AZ second most populated County, came in with mail in early voter ballot counts. Pima County is liberal.

Don’t worry, Maricopa County, has 400,000 left to count and is red, red, red.

The AZ GOP have lawyers statewide.

Why shouldn’t they feel that way? They have top cover from the Never Trump GOPers and the MSM is a wing of the Democrat Party.

The 99% number are votes from voters who show up at the polls and vote in person.

AZ votes by mail in at a 80% rate. Those tallies are separate and not included in the 99% number.

I know, its confusing.

I guess the dimocrats didn’t want to broadcast the fact that they have had free hand to cheat for 36 years and the republicans didn’t want to broadcast how damn stupid they are.

“If Bush were still in office I’d say they’re gone. With Trump and our current scotus I’m not so sure”

Bush actually put up a heck of a fight. I was here. I remember.

The part that I don’t understand over there in AZ is that some judge determines that legally unqualified ballots must be counted. And no one is appealing that decision.

Remember the closest gubernatorial race in the history of the United States, in 2004 in Washington State? Rossi (R) beat Gregoire (D) by 261 votes. But uber radical King County kept “finding” ballots, including in the trunks of cars. The second recount reduced Rossi’s lead to 42 votes. So they did a third recount, giving Gregoire the win by 129 votes. Before the original vote even happened, the Dept of Justice “threatened” to sue Washington State for not mailing out the military overseas ballots (which generally vote Republican), but it was an empty threat, not pursued.

Had President Trump been our Commander in Chief in 2004, I believe this would have turned out much differently. I pray that the outright election fraud going on right now proves that a strong President and Judiciary can end this illegal con game.

Its still going to Court today. There is a state law where all counties are to process them the same. Some counties run by Dem recorders are doing their own thing. The AS GOP is the one who initiated the lawsuit. There hasn’t been a ruling yet.
