Bigelow Aerospace has inflatable space modules ready to be assembled into space stations. Two of their larger models would provide about 80% of the space of the current ISS. The ISS took over 20 flights to construct.
Also, we need rotating space stations to study artificial gravity in space, since we will need it if we are to live in space long term.
