No. Broward county votes are all negated and not counted. The county and it’s residents had years of opportunity to clean up an obviously corrupt system and did nothing. They had their opportunity and squandered it.
I doubt Stone was the cause.
Ballots not counted by midnight should be fed through crosscut shredders, then incinerated.
The revisions should be national in scope. There should only be a one time count of the votes and ballots. This would assure that each party who had observers present would make sure that the votes presented timely would be counted correctly.
At the time of Hand counting a second group of arbitrators would be present to oversee any questionable ballots to make a final determination. If a contested vote is rejected those ballots would be photographed as evidence for any potential cases of attempted fraud by individuals who wrongly challenge and cancel a valid vote or ballot.
It might cost the states a little bit more up front. But it would surely lower the overall costs of recounts and litigation. But more importantly it would be one step in making the voting process legitimate again.
I forgot to add that the fraud convictions would be severe enough to deter anyone’s thinking of doing such criminal behaviors.

Through either criminal intent or unimaginably incompetent management the entire Broward/Dade county vote has been compromised.
By failure to control chain of custody, repeated failure to provide timely reporting and not allowing bipartisan supervision of the count as required by law the entire vote should be discarded and removed from the vote count. The entire county ballot must be discarded.
If they want a 'do over' they can wait 2, 4, and 6 years to get a competent, legal supervisor of elections and otherwise get their act together.
Picture this....in a very close race, additional ballots suddenly appear that put the conservative candidate over the top.

Exactly. In this digital day and age, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for what’s going on. They lost the chain of custody when they transferred em to private/rental vehicles. Therefore, every Broward county vote should become totally invalidated.
