Short of some drastic change in the law, I can’t see how this stuff can be prevented.

Yes it needs to stop, but it is being ignored. Liberal areas do not enforce laws against liberal mobs. Had it been dealt with early on, it would not be happening today. It is actually encouraged by liberal politicians.
Do you really thing anything will be done in this case? It is currently being "investigated", but police do not feel emboldened enough to make an arrest.
