sorry for being confused, but i don’t understand why one president cannot revoke the executive order of a prior president, when neither has been signed into law through an act of congress.

i guess there is a new rule now: anything done by Obama cannot be undone absent an act of G-d.

It’s not law.

Executive orders can be undone by opposing executive orders. The Ninth Circuit doesn’t want to hear that part of the issue.

Break up the 9th circuit, create a new district court, stock with sane conservatives, so that these nuts don’t dictate to so many states.
