That’s certainly not out of the range of possibilities.
If criminal charges can’t be brought against the media, then at least civil charges and lawsuits should be attempted.
But i think incitement wouldn’t be impossible to prove.

Target selection, execution (as in how carried out), killing self afterward, these kind of point to a terrorist to me. Very much like the Pulse attack. I haven't read in the thread yet about perp wearing a bandanna over face like a stage coach gunman. So, maybe antifa? Or one of the "lions" of some terror group?
