You're not watching the same video as everyone else, or from the wrong viewpoint. He clearly brought his free arm down against hers while his other arm was holding the mic. It wasn't the mic arm.
See post #37
His free arm karate chopping, not the mic arm.
Thank you for the easy viewing of the video.
Ask Joe Scarborough about HIS intern ...
In a remote area.
Mika says it’s Trump’s fault that Joe killed her.
I’m surprised Mika can talk, what with that ‘thing’ in her mouth ...
LOST on most people, sadly, is the reality that Trump’s crass 12-year old brag was:
A) a lotta talk with nobody ever coming forward to substantiate that it ever actually happened,
B) very closely related to the punchline of a crude joke that’s been around longer than I have
So, as far as where this is going; frankly, Scarlet, I don’t give a damn.
Now people are saying that it was the intern who aggressively reached for the mic.
It was NOT Acosta’s mic. And it was her job to retrieve it when directed.
It is on video! Too bad for you, Jimmy, everyone can see it.
Ok, got it, but I would say that’s a far cry from something I would characterize as “placing his hands on a young woman”. That looks like a reflexive move to me.
Nevertheless, I thought that guy should’ve been kicked out long ago. No kavanaugh-style accusations required. He’s disruptive period, as this video does clearly indicate.
And he knows that
Thanks.
That video does not show it. Of course the BBC would use a video that doesn’t show it.
Here is a clear video from the side.
I think this is what really angered Trump. This young woman is looking to him for help, and Trump was restricted to words alone.
It’s CNN
The intern is working for Trump.
The spin on this one is going to be rather convoluted, but they will try to paint her as the aggressor.
