No he isn’t! Whitaker the new acting AG calls the shots not Rosenstein. Since Sessions recused himself then it fell on Rod but now it goes back to the acting AG as being overseer
Rosenstein now has a boss and perhaps he will be taken off the Mueller investigation...Or better yet, removed from service...
