The 3rd congressional district includes Wyandotte and Douglas counties. One is radical urban, the other radical university. Add Johnson county becoming more liberal (Hillary won by 3%) and the district is now democrat socialist. In KANSAS!

Douglas county got moved to the 2nd district some election cycles ago. Right now Kansas 3rd is Wyandotte, Johnson, and a small part of Miami.
