I read around 30 years ago that Florida’s First Congressional District is the most conservative in the nation. I suspect it still is.
Pensacola is in that district.

I always heard that the Lubbock and Abilene district in TX is the most conservative, but it may no longer be so. “Beto” is apparently doing well in Lubbock.
It is. I’m the 2nd, which is right there. Scarborough used to be their Congressman, until he lost his mind. Gaetz is a good guy!
