Paul Ryan should be focusing on holding the Majority rather than giving his opinions on Birthright Citizenship, something he knows nothing about! Our new Republican Majority will work on this, Closing the Immigration Loopholes and Securing our Border!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 31, 2018
Yes, Respresentative and soon-to-be-EX-Speaker Ryan needs to STFU. His pro-Amnesty, Never-Trumper ways are wearing thin.
...Insert Trump WWE takedown gif here...
Trump did the SMACKDOWN!
I love President Donald J. Trump.
We’ve got to purge the party of wimps like Paula Ryan.
PRESIDENT DONALD JOHN TRUMP says little paul runn’n drawers, better wipe himself, and STFU!!!
Lame duck
Ryan, Corker, and Flake are giving the republican party a very nice gift by simply leaving it as pols.
I don’t care where they go just as long as they go. May all the other RINO’s follow them ASAP.
Ryan was been complicit in wasting the past 2 years of GOP control of Congress and the WH.
He dissed Trump and the GOP base when GOP voters chose Trump for the nomination, and he has been largely undercutting the President on most items ever since.
Ryan and his GOPe buddies promised us for 7 years that they would repeal Obamacare as soon as voters gave them both houses and the presidency. Well, they did that... and guess what? After 7 years of promises, Lyin’ Ryan did not even have a plan ready to go.
Obamacare repeal should have been on President Trump’s desk for signature the morning after Trump’s inauguration. Months later, Ryan’s house barely passed what was essentially the same Obamacare program with a few tweaks - and of course his allies in the Senate couldn’t even pass that!
Ryan announced his intention to leave the house at the end of this term, but did he step down as speaker so someone fresh could step up and actually get things done? No! Instead, Ryan the lame duck congressman has been squatting in the Speaker position for months.
And, seriously, what the hell does he do all day anyway?
Instead of once again chiming in to undercut the President, Lyin’ Ryan should be working to craft new immigration legislation that actually works for America- instead of foreign countries and law-breaking invaders!!!!
Hopefully his successor can actually pass real immigration legislation - although once again it looks like the GOPe would prefer to LOSE an election than actually accomplish something the majority of Americans have been asking for for years!
That was the biggest DJT beatdown I’ve seen, and on a member of his own party. Trump just threw a huge marker out for what he intends to do.
BOOM! That is like a fake pipe bomb prop sent to Paul Ryan’s walled compound.
MAGA
WINNING
President Trump, it is an honor to have such a great leader running the US of A.
I say it will be handled by SCOTUS so his opinion matters little.
He’s not an associate justice and now we know he’s never going to be.
Interesting to see what he does after he leaves office. A retired pol who writes books about other people or he’s stocked more than enough money to retire. We’ll probably see him on some Sunday morning political panels.
President Trump is SPOT-ON. He CAN halt BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP with an Executive Order. It WILL NOT require amending the Constitution!
PLEASE SHARE this information. We'd better halt the ignorance out there BEFORE the left DESTROYS AMERICA! The INTENT of the drafters and the MEANING of those key words ...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof... is crystal clear!
From the debate notes surrounding the enactment of the 14th Amendment at this site:https://www.numbersusa.com/content/learn/ethics-population-and-immigration/fourteenth-amendment-debate.html
"The jurisdiction requirement was added to the original draft of the Fourteenth Amendment by the Senate after a lengthy and acrimonious debate. In fact, Senator Jacob Merritt Howard of Michigan proposed the addition of the phrase specifically because he wanted to make clear that the simple accident of birth in the United States was not sufficient to justify citizenship. Sen. Howard noted that the jurisdiction requirement is "simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already." Sen. Howard said that "this will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons."
Ryan or Sessions, who’s done more damage.
