Reversal: Once upon a time, Democrats could count on nearly universal support from black voters. But then something happened: Donald Trump.
A new survey from Rasmussen Reports less than a week before crucial midterm elections on Nov. 6 show black support for POTUS at an all-time high for any Republican president at 25 percent.
Overall, the president’s approval rating is 50 percent, or six points higher than his corrupt predecessor, Barack Obama, at the same period in his miserable first term.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure that African-American support for Trump translates to them voting Republican in the mid-terms.

I completely agree. The 25% figure is total conservative fantasy, but even if that were correct, it will not translate.
It should be at least 50%.
So long as it reduces Democrat votes, we’re good.

First this report is a flat out LIE. Rasmussen did NOT find 25% of Blacks approve of Trump FORTY 40! PERCENT approve of Trump and Second as “Unfortunate” as you might think it is that Black support for Trump won’t transfer to support for Republicans that is simply and demonstrably wrong.
In Maryland the White incumbent Governor is crushing the former head of the NAACP and doing so with 21 % of the Black vote and BTW 35% of all Democrat votes.
It doesn’t have to be votes. Their actions this year and the next two years will propel Trump in 2020. They also see a wide open table to sit at where seats aren’t reserved for old tired leeches who block their way.
If they aren’t motivated to vote, it makes a difference.
I believe they will vote in Florida and Georgia because blacks on the ballot for governor. A lot of blacks wouldn’t care if the black candidate killed 50 people, they’ll still vote for them.
Yesterdays poll said 40% AA approved of Trump.
I can’t even bother to care about polls anymore.

You're right. It probably won't.
But I think the increase in Hispanic-American support for Trump could translate to more seats in the House.
Take the California House races for example.
They may just stay home.
