He sometimes sounds reasonable, when he is lying about his own intentions, but then he always slips up, like with his bizarre reference to the anti-trump anti-semite pittsburgh mass murderer as related to trump, and his false claim that trump has EVER made “jews” a target of his attacks.
Trump is a garden-variety bully/huckster/trash-talker, he isn’t racist, or particularly sexist (beyond the normal sexism of some rich men who are used to women “throwing themselves” at him, even when they are really not), or anti-gay, or anti-immigrant, or particularly right-wing, or really any supporter at all of the “alt-right” or white suprmicists or nazis, other than the occasions where the goals overlap.
He’s an oppportunist, and the democrats loved him when he was just his own opportunist, they partied with him, gave him a network show, took his money. Just like they do with Michael Moore.
