I’m curious who made these stickers for the guy. A guy living in a van probably does not have much office equipment. Whoever helped him rig up his van may have well produced the hoax devices and had him handle/and or mail them.

Maybe it was his handler, I mean best friend, the retired CIA guy.

Wouldn't it be great if we had a non-sombulent AG who could order non-corrupt FBI agents to interview the guy to make sure he's not an accomplice? Wouldn't that be nice for a change?
