The liberal courts redrawing the Pennsylvania districts this year probably is responsible for a few lost seats.

A lot of RINOs didn’t run for re-election. As a result, there are a lot of open seats that used to be held by RINOs.

44 incumbent Reps retired leaving the seats open.

NY-22 is in the middle of NY State, not including Syracuse or any other 100K+ city, though several 20K+. It seems to be very liable to changing parties every other year. Claudia Tenny, a great solid conservative, is in a very close race here and it is a toss up.
