I read the article and he is positing that IF the Democrats retake the House Nasty has a 2/3 chance of being speaker.
He’s not actually saying the Democrats are going to retake the House.
I never really noticed before. She has horrendously big ears, almost alien. :/

After I read the article I realized the context of the statement, which was IF the Democrats win control of the House (he didn’t say he thought they would) that it was a 2/3rd probability that Nasty would be speaker and not some other Democrat.
Yeah, after reading the article I realized the headline was deliberately(?) misleading.
He said that he thought the Republicans would retain the House, but IF they didn’t, Nasty had a 2 out of 3 probability of being Speaker.
Newt is savvy he knows what he’s doing.
Just reminding the base what will happen if we don’t vote. No worries, we will...but sometimes a little reminder helps.
