Idea still scares the heck out of me, due to the very poor knowledge of the Constitution possessed by so many Americans in 2018.
Pop the cork on this puppy and we could wind up with constitutional “rights” to health care, a house and free college.

An Article 5 convention would open the whole Constitution of the United states to revision or just plain scrapping of every Amendment in it.
There are no clear rules in an Article 5 convention as to what is fair game and what is not.
