They could always force Kirsten Gillibrand out as Senator here by way of some manufactured resignation for having the temerity last year to criticize Bildo. Then, considering that it's the seat Gillibrand got handed to her from Her Heinous when she became Secretary of State and Grifting, everyone would nod in approval that Cuomo would appoint Chelsea to serve out Gillibrand's term and thus restore the seat to the Clinton name.

Nita Lowey is the congresswoman from Bill and Hillary’s district, an aging Democrat. Most people think Lowey will retire in two to four years.
The plan is that when she does, Chelsea and family will move into the house next door that Mom and Dad bought, then run for Lowey’s seat.
