President Trump on Monday warned that a soft stance on illegal immigration risked subjecting the United States to the same kind of refugee crisis that is roiling Europe.
“For those who want and advocate for illegal immigration, just take a good look at what has happened to Europe over the last 5 years. A total mess! They only wish they had that decision to make over again,” the president tweeted.
The migration crisis in Europe was fueled by refugees from the Syrian civil war and ignited by German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision in 2015 to open the borders to them.
The onslaught of refugees — more than 1.8 million illegal border crossing into Europe were recorded in 2015 — fractured the political landscape of the European Union, including contributing to the Britain’s Brexit vote.
Mr. Trump has come under fierce criticism from political foes and the news media for his tough stance against a U.S.-bound caravan of at least 7,000 migrants that started in Honduras and is now marching across Mexico.

He has the power, but we need to give him a Congress that can impeach Federal Judges who block him.
A Yougov survey of Germans was taken last month. 38 percent of the respondents said they wanted to leave Germany because of the unstable “political situation.” Specifically they are very unhappy about the mass invasion of refugees from Syria and Africa.
Everyone needs to pay attention to the destruction of Germany and Sweden because of their open borders policies. We CANNOT allow the same thing to happen here.
Protect us, Mr. President! Stop the impending illegal invasion! Send the military to the border! Then build the wall ASAP! Please protect us, Mr. President!
I’m sorry to say Europe, or rather the rapefugees, learned from watching the illegals swarm into America. Then they swarmed Europe.
That ship has sailed. America is full to the gills with illegals who take jobs, vote, and drain all our welfare and entitlement programs. It’s a full on nightmare right now.
It would take the strong will of a good President and Congress to reverse this trend at this point.
Stopping automatic birthright citizenship would be one of the best things they could do. E-Verify, stopping relatives from coming in, ending the lottery visa, and basically make this country unfriendly to any illegal living here so they self deport in frustration and take their relatives with them. Of course build the wall and secure the border.
I think President Trump has the strong will but with a feckless Congress, especially a dem for a speaker (Ryan); it won’t happen which mean our country will continue to circle the toilet bowl until it finally flushes. My one hope is those responsible for letting this happen are duly punished if they are still alive and not having died from natural causes.

It already has FRiend. There are many places in America that are dangerous for Americans. We too have no-go zones. The invasion happened here first then Europe and it continues to this day. The only difference between America and Europe is there the invasion was from the Middle East and Africa. Here it's from all over the world but mostly Hispanic countries.
This invasion horde heading north is nothing. Tens of thousands are coming in illegally every month swarming neighborhoods all over the country. California is already lost.

We are already in a crisis over illegal invaders coming across our borders. If the government would drop the 11 million illegals and REALLY let the LEGAL American Citizen who speaks english know that it is closer to 50 million, the unknowing masses may just get excited. MAYBE....
Shut the border NOW.
It is easier to stop the caravan on the road than at the porous border.
Mexico can and will stop these caravans when they are motivated to do so.
