They are talking about little kids. Sometimes you want to be a boy, sometimes you want to be a pony. I blame “progressive” parents 100%. If gender disphoria is real, it is a mental illness and should be treated as such.

Instead of being a butch lesbian, the identity movement says no, you’re a boy, let’s have your breasts removed and take testosterone. A feminine boy is told you’re not homosexual, you’re really a girl, and now it is OK for you to be interested in boys.
