In Florida the Secretary of State, who oversees elections, is appointed by the governor, not elected. Add the 2020 redistricting to the equation and electing the communist Gillum would directly effect the 2020 elections and redistricting, regardless of the house and senate at the state level.

Well fact of the matter is Gillum’s entire agenda would be DOA in the legislature, he would simply be a democrat figurehead. Still he could do a lot of damage by appointing his people to lead state agencies and courts. So best for Florida if he loses...

Local WFTV in Orlando has disputed 2 GOP ads against Gillum calling it a fact check on accusations against him. They are working overtime to get this guy elected. It is going to take all hands on deck to overcome the leftist press and Soros money working on behalf of Gillum. I think Candace Owens will be coming to Florida to help DeSantis. Many Trump voters in the Panhandle got hit with Hurricane Michael and their voting places have changed. Rick Scott is extending the time for them to vote.

Floridians, be sure to thank your million recent Puerto Rican refugee citizens for your new socialist Governor.

Reports are that "only" about 50,000 Puerto Ricans have settled to live in Florida after Maria, and not all of them are of voting age, and even then, it's not knowable how many would actually be voting.

That's still a large number of new potential voters when it only takes a few to make a difference in some races.

Drudge headline says Gillum ahead in the polls. Sensationalism?

Honestly I can’t keep track anymore. The other day I read a story that Dem turnout was a wave. In the body of the article though it only talked about Nevada. Same day a different acticle claimed record turnout for Republicans in Indiana and Arizona.

I figure I’ll just wait a few weeks and see what shakes out. Either way I expect rampant insanity.

Well, considering DeSantis a girly-man afraid to fight, t looks like we will be stuck with a Democrat/Socialist in charge of Florida for the 2020 election.

Am somewhat surprised that no one commented on the content of the actual article. Thought it might be useful to you Florida folks in convincing any "fence-sitters". Getting them on the "right" side of this election may be all that's needed...

Possible move to Florida on HOLD till election. If Gillum wins forget it. Any new socialist increased taxation will kill the Florida dream.
