The Active Denial System (ADS) is a non-lethal, directed-energy weapon developed by the U.S. military, designed for area denial, perimeter security and crowd control. Put this at entry points and along the river banks even some police forces have this for crowd control. This will stop them in their tracks at the border. 7k -14K makes no difference. This makes you very unconformable and you will run away.

Journalists and reporters will be there to record the effects on infants and toddlers and saturate the world with the images. Similar weapons (as tested in Cuba and China) will be used on all Americans abroad.
We could consider getting the vote out in the midterm elections instead of proceeding with giving the House to the Democrats.
