IMHO there was no crime because Hamilton tickets aren’t worth the paper they are printed on. You’d have to pay me $1000 to take them from you.

my daughter is an aspiring dancer and very much into musical theater...my wife bought two tickets for the show in August of 2016...after all the BS that went on after the 2016 election at the show my daughter decided she did not want to go...i put the tickets on stubhub and sold them for 3X face value...
considered leaving them empty but i thought making $$$ off their left wing a$$es and going the capitalism route was better..
