32 degrees this morning so bundle up and watch for ice. Did you get the wiring done?
Except for helping Mrs p6 get ready for work, I sleep in most days. With President Trump I am much more relaxed.
Our apartment is getting a pre holiday do over with new bookcases and other things so it is still busy every day. Mrs p6 bought an Instant Pot from QVC and it works well. Last night she made a pot roast that was dee-lish! Put me into a great sleep!
We had a guy in for as estimate. He graduated with my son and has his own electrical business. Boy do I feel old! He still hasn’t contacted us with the estimate! We plan on having the wiring done in Jan or Feb. We still have much to do before he starts to do the wiring. We stripped the wall and ceiling paper off of our upstairs hallway - talk about coal dust!- and DH put tongue and groove board up the stairs.
Meanwhile, son and DIL have found a house that they both like close to son’s job in Greensburg. We are happy for them. It will be a month or two until they move though while the VA sends in an inspector and until all the closing stuff is done. They have already invited us down for Christmas Eve dinner! LOL!
Ha! I had a dream last night that our car was stolen and I had to call my boss to tell him I couldn’t come to work!
