In a nutshell Webb surmises that Jamal Khashoggi was in Saudi intel for at least 40 years and it never ended. He was always apprised of what was going on.

Basically, he was saying that Jamal tried to execute a coup or a kidnapping of MBS and organized a bunch of Saudis to do it with.Webb says MBS had jailed or exiled a bunch of saudi officials who had been playing fast and loose for years with Saudi money.He now was collecting from them on behalf of the Saudi govt. up to 30% to 40% of what they take in.
Webb claims that as a bag man,over 40 times, Jamal had a load of money and he went to the Turkish embassy to get these 17 Saudis to go along with him with the coup.Once they got the money they killed him,claims Webb.
Webb goes on to say there is no way Khashoggi would not know that 17 saudis had taken jets into Turkey,he knew for sure.So the meeting had to be about a coup accd. to Webb,the Saudis pretended to go along with the coup but when they got the money they killed him.

The legal definition of the word “evidence” requires a document, item, statement, etc be accepted in a court case in a court of law. This had to be the definiton that the Clinton’s were using when they so frequently said,...there is no evidence.
