If the GOP is winning big in Senate races, there will be no Blue Wave on the congressional level. The Democrats will fall short of their needed 23 seats.
In general, I agree, however, the possibility is there of several Senate seat pick ups and a net loss of seats in the House, though not a House flip. Different parameters in the voting between Senate (statewide) and House (by districts).
