Nope. There is an enormous logical fallacy in trying to get past that statement because, having made the baseless defamatory charge, the whether or not is the core of the issue. If so [attempted rape] then K should not sit on any court. If not then everyone involved needs to own up, apologize and make recompense by contributing huge sums to K's selected charities.
