If the data remains relatively constant then anywhere in the ending and beginning periods of the 24-28 curve gives you either cooler temps or warmer. Your mileage will vary. Also, the United States is more forested than before the 1940s, thus C02 and Oxygen levels will offset some industrial activity as targeted by stupid socialists.
