I believe MN is has the largest Somali population outside of Somalia.
Saint cloud went from the best place in Minnesota to live to the worse in 10 years..

IMO, Willmar isn’t as far gone as you think. I used to roll my eyes at the various groups working to “keep downtown vibrant” or making Robbins Island a destination playground. I am now grateful for their efforts because they are working to keep Willmar from turning into a ——hole.
Still-there are issues that aren’t being addressed at all.
