You are sort of expressing in your post the same idea I had from reading this article. Trump doesn’t want ANYONE complacent. And the bigger the victory for the Republicans this November, the more demoralized the opposition. We need much more of his agenda to pass. Again, he’s playing chess while others haven’t even gotten the board set up yet.
