The United States has two classes of citizens: natural born and naturalized. Are you saying that she has been naturalized?
NO- She was born here & she is NATIVE BORN. But both of her parents at that time were NOT USA citizens. I think there are 2 categories...Naturalized....Native Born...and NATURAL BORN, which needs both parents to be USA citizens when the child is born HERE, or on a military base where US military members are stationed.
Obama did NOT have both parents who ere USA citizens. He & Pelosi & Howard Dean snookered us on that topic. We do not need an encore.

If we don't want an encore, we need to change the law and/or change the Constitution. As currently written and implemented, Native born is a term that has no legal standing. Those born in the U.S. like Barack Obama and Kamala Harris are Natural Born Citizens.
Find a case involving someone who was born in the United States who later had to apply for naturalization.
This is all noise and smoke, IMHO. Nothing really matters what is said before the election. The results will focus minds dramatically, one way or the other.It is possible that the Democrats take the Senate majority, and then confirmations of judges that Trump actually wants to nominate will end.
More likely, IMHO, the Republicans will pick up several senate seats, and will continue similarly to what they have been doing.
It is possible to hope that the Republicans pick up eight additional seats, giving them the ability - with caucus unanimity - to vote cloture without Democrat cooperation. Then all manner of things would become possible. Including breaking up the Ninth Circuit into two reasonable-sized ones. Possibly including civil service reform.
It is (barely) possible to dream that the Republicans could get as many seats in this election as they did in either of the last two elections - which would give them not merely cloture power but the two-thirds majority needed to do things like convict people impeached by the House. That would get the attention of the Ninth Circus!
