She was an adult, she was also a willing participant. It was still wrong, and that’s on Bill. She was a foolish young woman, he was the POTUS. If she came on to him he should have corrected her, but instead he took advantage.

Um, didn’t BJC sign a law about bosses/subordinates considered to be sexual intimidation/abuse?

Say what you will about Linda Tripp, she opined on this extensively. If I remember correct she denoted on a good day Monica in that time frame was ( her words ) was about emotionally mature as a 14 yr old girl. I won't get into the specifics about Monica's health and relationships you can search them if they haven't been wiped from the web. With that said, this was perhaps not an idealistic life a parent wouldn't want for their daughter, and with that said where was Bubba's "in loco parentis" to say No get her out of here, fire her or get her help etc.

Hillary is making it worse with this revisionist history and covering the fact she was fixer for "the bimbo eruptions" which was the most anti-women thing we have seen in a long time so they could remain in power.

This may play well with certain parts of the electorate, for some with strong memories, it makes her look worse and even stronger dose of kryptonite for those that can't stand her of all political stripes and to use as Sundance would put it our "Cold Anger" to vote against her and her ilk, with passion this Nov 6th.

Boeing’s CEO Forced to Resign Over His Affair With Employee

March 8, 2005

In a remarkable turn of events, Boeing said its board unanimously asked Mr. Stonecipher to resign the positions he had held for 15 months after it learned of his consensual relationship with an unnamed female executive. Yesterday, Boeing said the affair violated the company’s Code of Conduct not because it was extramarital, but because the CEO used poor judgment and placed Boeing in a potentially embarrassing and damaging situation.

Exactly. There is a huge problem when people in positions of very high authority take advantage of those under their command. If a Flag Officer, or any Senior Officer is caught having an "unduly familiar relationship" with a Junior Officer or enlisted person under their command, they are immediately fired and forced to retire, if they are lucky. Same goes for a Senior Enlisted screwing a junior enlisted. How many military careers were ended for the same conduct while Clinton was their CinC?

When this happened I was a 30 something year old Navy E-5. I can promise that if I were caught having any kind of sex with a 19 year old E-3, especially in my office, I would have been kicked out of the Navy so fast it would make your head spin. You would think the president of the United States would be held th the same standard. Just kidding. I know that’s totally unrealistic.

The relationship between Clinton and Lewinsky met the very definition of sexual harassment and a hostile workplace as defined by the feminists who decried the misdeeds of Senator Packwood. If you recall, the argument was that regardless of whether the subordinate was willing or not, the uneven power of the participants precluded any such liaison between them. Furthermore, getting sexual favors from an underling would put pressure on others to do the same or be passed over for advancement.

The radical feminists absolutely tossed their hatred of men aside to absolve Billy Jeff.
