The Four Horsemen of Banking (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo) own the Four Horsemen of Oil (Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP Amoco and Chevron Texaco); in tandem with Deutsche Bank, BNP, Barclays and other European old money behemoths. But their monopoly over the global economy does not end at the edge of the oil patch. According to company 10K filings to the SEC, the Four Horsemen of Banking are among the top ten stock holders of virtually every Fortune 500 corporation. .......long, detailed report at link

Like the EU and UN, the Fed is an unelected dictatorial ortganization that effects everything and everyone. Well worth the time to read the entire report; I believe an accurate history of "The Fed."

Do we need it? I listened to Ron Paul. Probably too late. Trump could do it.

Pretty wild Alex Jones territory type stuff

However I will believe that extreme wealth and power could cultivate forms of madness

I can believe the Great Depression, wars, and now housing bubbles are deliberately caused by the fed.

Libya was a looting and sacking of wealth connected to Russian oil dominance and Syria is an extension of that ( Iraq before that )

A little sloppy with his history, and far too long a read.

So Teddy Roosevelt defeated William Jennings Bryan in the election of 1908? Really, now. That's news to me.

I stopped soon after that. Didn't wait to get the part where this all ties in with Roswell, Lee Harvey Oswald and the 911 Truthers.

The ever popular conspiracy crank target, the Federal Reserve.

Just an FYI: You may not realize it but the word "crank" was coined to describe those who advocate the printing of money, not those who oppose it.

The author needs a basic course in Finance 101, in SEC regulations, and a lecture from his mother about telling the truth.

If the author means that the four largest banks own investment companies that invest money for their customers, well, I have no idea how much stock those private investors own in the Fortune 500.

However, since there are thousands of investment companies to choose from, and there are dozens of ETFs and mutual funds that track the Fortune 500, there is no particular reason any investor would choose The Four Horsemen to invest his money.

Also, a commercial bank that makes corporate loans cannot own stock in any of the companies they make loans to, and most commercial banks do not own stock anyway, because those stocks are valued at just 50% of their price on the bank's balance sheet.

Also, any company or investor, or any group of companies or investors, that own 5% of a company's stock are reported by law on that company's public quarterly statement.

Bottom Line...

The posted article reads like a wacko Jewish Conspiracy theory.

It’s not as mysterious as the post suggests. In order to be a national bank you’ve got to own stock in the federal reserve. However you get no right to vote from that ownership. You do get dividends but the right of control is in the board of governors of the federal reserve who are appointed by the President.

Re: “You may not realize it but the word “crank” was coined to describe those who advocate the printing of money, not those who oppose it.”

I spent 10 minutes on Google researching that.

Crank (or cranky) - as demeaning slang - was originally used in the 19th Century to describe unpleasant or irritable people.

That definition expanded in the late 19th Century to include people who were completely obsessed with certain ideas, and would not listen to any evidence that challenged those ideas.

I didn't see anything related to “printing money,” but perhaps it's there if you dig deeper.

“The ever popular conspiracy crank target, the Federal Reserve.”

So then, you believe... that it was just some kinda unplanned “accident” that European old money and financiers, opened a Rothschild associated branch bank in the USA, and this branch usurped the way the Constitution specified our monetary policy... And now our money is controlled by a private entity and we are not allowed to know who owns that entity. And 100 years later, we owe that entity and their friends around 18 trillion.

You’re probably right. It just kinda happened that way by happenstance, nobody organized it and concealed the details. Go back to sleep.

It’s extremely doubtful we can ever change it short of the aftermath of a nuclear war, but at least an honest person should be able to say what it is without being ridiculed.
