Hillary Clinton Viewed as ‘Kiss of Death’ for Democratic Candidates

Several Democrats are saying former 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is viewed as the “kiss of death” among Democratic candidates running in the 2018 midterm elections.

The Democrats, who spoke on condition of anonymity, voiced concerns that Clinton’s presence would threaten the party’s chances at retaking the House and Senate in 2018, forcing Clinton to keep campaigning to a minimum and only appearing at low-key fundraisers.

“Hillary Clinton is the kiss of death and she represents the part of the Democratic Party that led to historic losses and that elected Donald Trump president,” one leading Democratic strategist told the Washington Examiner.

Looking back at his treatment of women, lying about it, and getting Hollywood abusers like Harvey Weinstein to bail him out, makes Democrats nervous.

Hillary could have done many things with her life that would have benefitted lots of other people. She was privileged/blessed with an acceptance to a ‘name’ university that, right or wrong, gave her the connections and credibility to go on to Yale Law and to a ton of opportunities. Instead of using this as a springboard to do substantive unselfish works in the world, she used this as a springboard to a career of self-promotion to fulfill her narcissistic need. It's a sad story, for us, and her.

With all the money in the Clinton foundation she could have traveled the world, doing good works for people, and been a folk hero. Instead, she has unrelentingly pursued ‘historic’ status as the first female President of the US. It's very selfish and self-serving. We are so very lucky she was unsuccessful in this pursuit.

Republican candidates have President Trump campaigning for tham at a record pace.

Democrat candidates do not have Hillary Clinton campaigning at all and Barack Obama campaigning very little.

I saw a CNN poll of the mob’s front runners for 2020. Hillary was nowhere to be found. Creepy Joe at 33% was the only one who would have any national appeal, a real rogues’ gallery,

This must be perplexing for Hillary who believes that she won the election. But for the electoral college, the Russians, Comey, or slavish Republican women obedient to their Neanderthal husbands, or whatever, she insists she would be in the White House. Rejection by her own party can’t be fit into that scenario. We’ll just have to wait for the next edition of What Happened for an explation.
