US embassy spokesmen saying gangs in Trinidad are looking more like terror units that gangs.
US may help out Trinidad with the threat of terrorism.
Trinidad has oil but 5% are muslims already! We all know what that means.

Didn’t McCaskill get into office because her husband, the Governor, got killed in a plane crash? No, that was Carnahan, right?

Anyway, to me the idea that a person runs for office, or assumes office, and then dies, only to have their spouse take over, or child, etc., reeks of Aristocracy.

Personally, I think this violates the Title of Nobility Clause (Article I, Section 9, Clause 8) of the United States Constitution that prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility, and restricts members of the government from receiving gifts, emoluments, offices or titles from foreign states without the consent of the United States Congress.

No one should be allowed to pass on their office.

I further propose an amendment that prevents a relative from succeeding someone in office.

No Adams, Harrisons, Roosevelt’s, Kennedys, Bushes, Clintons or running for president if their father, husband or wife was already a president.

Maybe that’s unfair, but there are 325 million people in this country. Certainly the are others who can take up the mantle without electing a dynasty.

"Just like Acid Rain which was supposed to destroy all of the forests in Europe in ten years or Peak...Trillions of dollars were wasted trying to scrub the power generation plants"

Not sure if you meant scap or scrub. Scrapping fossil would cost trillions for no benefit. Scrubbing emissions is about 1-2 cents per kWh. Not cheap but not trillions of dollars. Also it did result in a reduction of acid rain. 1/3 of the cost of my coal plant in Virginia (part of a nonprofit generation pool) was the scubbers. It's sunk cost. I don't want my plant shut down over a hobgoblin (global warming) after we spent our money to solve an actual problem (acid rain).

From your first link:

Not until Friday, October 12, did two of the journalists involved in this coordinated roll out of the Khashoggi narrative suddenly reveal who their "confidential source was" that supposedly was privy to the inner workings of the Saudi plot to grab and then eliminate the troublesome journalist.

This revelation of the name of one of the main sources these reporters had been using to push their anti-Mohammad Bin Salman/anti-Donald Trump narrative set off an immediate alarm for many investigative journalists who recognized it: Khaled Saffuri.

Patrick Poole, and Jordan Schachtel, two reporters who cover national security and terrorism-related issues [Poole for PJ Media, Schachtel for Conservative Review], quickly brought their readers up to speed on Saffuri’s extensive background. He has ties to both al-Qaeda and Hamas, and is a well known associate of Abdurahman Alamoudi, who is currently serving a 23-year sentence in federal prison in the United States, which was later reduced to 17 years after he cooperated by agreeing to testify in a trial.

Why was Alamoudi sentenced to federal prison in 2004, you ask? Because he was part of an extensive al-Qaeda/Libyan plot to assassinate then-Crown Prince Abdullah.

...................

So here is what we have from your first link and supports my conclusion that Trump already knows that MBS,Mohammad ben Salman, would never do what his Hamas accuser is accusing him of.

So bottom line the spokesman, source, for the WAPOst was none other than Khaled Saffuri whose best bud was already in prison for trying to assassinate.....hold it..... MBS ,Mohammad ben Salman crown prince of Saudi Arabia.

Seems the WAPOst is not too careful about who their sources are,or maybe they are doing exactly what they always do,go after Trump and his associates in any way they can.

It is his nationally syndicated Saturday radio show that he had up until he accepted the position that I enjoyed.

Of course, I enjoy him more in the Trump admin.

The scrubbers did not do anything since acid rain was a hoax. There never was acid rain killing trees it turned out it was a microscopic bacteria killing the trees.

The trillions referred to boondoggle solutions to fake science.

I think Rick Scott will win with little problems against wild bill Nelson who can't come up with accomplishment in the senate after 200 years.

But it's close between the criminal mayor from Tallahassee,Gillum, and Ron Desantis. Even thought Gillum is under investigation by the fbi and Leon County and Tallahassee are number one in crime despite their deceptive ads on TV.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Karl has assumed “fake news” status with me. When he comes on, I change channels or leave the room .... in the optimistic, winning Age of Trump, he’s such a snoot full of negativity that I can’t stand him any more. The Architect has left the building.

From your second link, makes excellent sense. This is not how hits by the best of the best would be doing it.

.....................

So let me get this straight: we're being asked to believe Saudi Arabia & Mohammad Bin Salman carefully planned to abduct, torture & kill a guy inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul?

Let me just briefly go over why this is stupid.

1) The Saudi consulate in Istanbul is a secure location. That is, there security, both Saudi & Turkish everywhere, along with a ton of security cameras.

They would know this guy Khashoggi was going to be filmed ENTERING THE BUILDING.

2) HOW were the Saudis going to explain his being filmed on numerous security cameras entering the consulate but then supposedly never leaving?

The guy was supposed to disappear in THEIR building and never be seen again, which would point the finger right at...who?

3) So right there we're being asked to believe a carefully planned operation was carried out in such a manner as to IMMEDIATLEY POINT THE FINGER OF GUILT RIGHT AT SAUDI ARABIA.

Let me tell you how a real hit is done. It's done in a NON-secure location, no cameras, no witnesses.

4) So right off the bat we're asked to accept that highly intelligent Saudi operatives planned an assasnination op that would use everything but signal flags to tell the world IT WAS US WE DID THIS.

5) Then after 4-5 fun days of all this hysteria, it's discovered the guy whispering sweet nothings into Western reporter's ears where he's supposedly relating to them the deepest thoughts of Mohammad Bin Salman is...Khalid Saffuri.

..............

By the way. What we are reading now is probably well known by the left including wall ass as well.

So when you see him going after kudlow knowing what we know that should tell you exactly who wall ass is.Hes deep state and probably inherited the position from his ol' man.

IIRC, Mattis was or is hesitant to change Obama’s gender rules for the military, which speaks volumes. War is no place for social engineering.

Right on both counts, i.e, acid rain was a problem, and global warming is a hobgoblin.

Yeah I still have a few customers up there. I stated going there in 1978 and have seen a lot of changes. But, the basic mode of the people up there is true, blue, Trump loving Americans.
